You guys know how I feel about chicken thighs. I know there are a lot of haters out there, but just give them a chance. I think they'll change your lives...or at least your weekly meal planning.
Thighs are so flavorful and inexpensive, it's a must have on the weekly grocery list. I like to carefully trim the fat off with my kitchen scissors. It makes it more palatable for the little people in my house. Trust me, I get so sick of hearing, "Ew mom, what is this?"

Yay for chicken thighs! I happen to love them as well, but my husband isn't the biggest fan.. yes he is certifiably crazy! 😉 Orange and chicken do go together so well! I'm LOVING that you added 5 spice here!!! Such an underrated spice, if you ask me. This looks just delicious, Karen! Cheers!
